Yes! Touch is a minimal-contact sport, so injuries are very rare. There’s no tackling, scrums, or heavy collisions – instead, the game relies on speed, skill, and teamwork. It’s one of the safest and most accessible ways to enjoy rugby-style play.

Not at all. Players join us with all kinds of fitness and experience levels – from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. You’ll get fitter and faster naturally as you train and play, so don’t worry about your starting point – just come along and give it a try!

Bring comfortable sports clothes (a football or rugby kit works perfectly) and boots suitable for running on grass. In the summer, the ground can get quite dry and firm, so you may want to use boots with shorter studs for better comfort. And don’t forget some water and a good attitude!

We train every Thursday at 20:00 at Grivița Stadium in Bucharest. Sessions are open to everyone, whether you’re coming for the first time or already part of the team.

It’s super easy – just scroll down to the Contact section and send us a message via WhatsApp or email. One of our team members will reply and help you join your first session. You don’t need any prior experience – just enthusiasm!
